When the Government of Bonaire (Openbaar Lichaam Bonaire – OLB) needed a robust, user-friendly solution for their new Visitor Entry Tax, they turned to IBIS Management. Their goal was ambitious: automate and enhance the control of tourist tax payments online, with QR code verification for incoming tourists.

IBIS Management set out to design a solution that would be:
